Refund policy
Our 30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your skin and your routine. If you are not happy with an Absolut Skin product for any reason, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the full price you paid for it, even if the bottle is opened or used up. You do not need to send the product back, and there is no restocking fee.
How to claim
Email support@absolutskincare.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and a sentence on what didn't work for you. Your feedback helps us improve. We reply within 1 business day and refund to your original payment method once your claim is approved.
What the guarantee covers
- Full-size Absolut Skin products and routine bundles bought on absolutskincare.com.
- One claim per customer per product. If you reorder the same product after a refund, the reorder isn't covered again.
- For bundles and multi-packs, the guarantee covers the first unit of each product. Unopened extra units can be returned for a refund within the same 30 days.
- Subscription orders: the guarantee applies to your first delivery of each product. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
What it doesn't cover
- Products bought from other retailers, marketplaces or resellers. Please contact the store you bought from.
- Gift cards, free gifts and samples.
- Shipping costs, unless the problem was our mistake.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Reactions
If a product irritates your skin, stop using it and contact us. A reaction is covered by the guarantee. If it is severe or doesn't settle, please see a doctor.
Exchanges
Want something different? Claim a refund under the guarantee and place a new order for the product you'd prefer, or email us and we'll help you choose.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without giving a reason. This right is in addition to our 30-day guarantee.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it. If you haven't seen your refund after 10 business days, contact us at support@absolutskincare.com.
